Lin Chemicals is engaged in masterbatch producing with invested extruder in China mainland. We are specialized research and development of extrusion technique for Antimony trioxide masterbatch, Brominated flame retardant masterbatch, non-halgenated FR masterbatch as well as tailor-made masterbatches producing.

The traditional FR powders type using are gradually upgrading and replacing by various type of masterbatches.. To compare with powder type, masterbatch has the advantages points below.

 

1. Totally dust free to protect operation workers away from inhalation and keep clean condition of workshop.

2. Easily handling and feeding in hooper.

3. Zero loss on cost compare with powder type on remain in bag and air.

4. Better dispersion and flowability during compound processing because of pre-mix and extrusion on

    masterbatch making.

5. Masterbatch is not regarded as toxic chemical compare with powder type.
