Halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant for PA

 

Introduction of product.

 

LFR-506 is P&N base flame retardant. It is a white powder with low dust, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is designed for flame retardant engineering plastic, such as PA6 & PA66(GF & Non-GF)

APPLICATIONS

 

√. LFR-506 is especially suitable for flame retardant high glass fiber reinforced nylon system(PA6, PA66.etc.) with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

 

√. UL94 V-0 at 0.8-1.6mm could be obtained with dosage at 15-20%, depending on polymer grades, process conditions and GF types.

 

√. LFR-506 has better thermal stability with a wide processing window. Excellent and stable FR performance of products can be obtained using various equipments.

 

√. LFR-506 can also be compounded with other halogen free FR synergists to further improve mechanical and electric performance to meet extra requirements of properties in plastic industry.

 

USING RECOMMENDATIONS :

Pre-drying of PA resin is very important before mixing with LFR-506. Water content after pre-dry should be under 0.1%(W/W) if possible. PA resin pre-dry at 120℃ for 4 hours is recommended.

 

 

PACKING & STORAGE

 

25kg per bag with PE inliner. 600kg/pallet, 12 tons in one 20 feets FCL.
