ITEM INTRODUCTION

Sb2O5 powder is produced by further chemical reaction based on colloidal type. It can be used as the flame retardant synergist of fabrics, paper, copper-clad laminate, adhesives, potting compound, transparent ABS, PVC high impact polystyrene and colored plastics, but also as the metal passivator in residual oil catalytic cracking unit in the petroleum refining industry for recovery of catalyst activity.

 

ADVANTAGES POINTS

1. The smaller particle and better dispersion will make dosage less than Sb2O3..

2. Better flowability since bigger particle.

3. Reduce the pigment loading for production tone colors.

4. Able to absorb metal ions, it can improve the electrical property of potting compound.

5. Maintain the translucency and brightness inside PVC materials.
